• WiFi Installation: Professional wireless network design, installation, and configuration for residential and commercial premises.
• Cybersecurity Services: Penetration testing, security audits, zero-trust consulting, and incident response.
• Cloud Backup & Disaster Recovery: Managed data backup, replication, and restoration services.
• Clouds Mall: Technology product procurement including hardware, software licenses, and cloud service subscriptions.

Service availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or accepted quotation between Clouds Technologies and the client.

3. Website Use — Permitted Activities

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Specifically, you agree to:

• Use the website only for personal or legitimate business enquiries related to our services.

5. Products and Orders (Clouds Mall)

The following terms apply to product purchases through Clouds Mall:

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include delivery costs unless explicitly stated.
• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. A written confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon payment verification.
• Product Availability: Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative.
• Returns: Defective or dead-on-arrival products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, undamaged packaging with all accessories. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
• Warranty: All hardware products carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Software license warranty terms vary by publisher.

6. Service Engagements

For professional services (WiFi installation, cybersecurity, cloud backup):

• All engagements commence upon signing of a formal agreement or acceptance of a written quotation.
• Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required before work commences, as specified in the project quotation.
• Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as hardware lead times, site access issues, or ISP delays.
• The client is responsible for ensuring safe site access, adequate power supply, and cooperation from relevant staff during installation or testing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Clouds Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• Data loss or system downtime caused by factors outside our direct control, including power failures, ISP outages, acts of God, or malicious third-party attacks despite reasonable security measures being in place.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on our website, including pricing, availability, or technical specifications.
• Third-party services, products, or websites linked from our website. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of third-party sites.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
